TROUBLESHOOTING ERRORS
Q. What if I get an error message?
A. Print the error message, and bring
it to your local HR or IT person; but also make sure to check the
spelling of the links – if they’re not spelled exactly as shown,
you will not get to PeopleSoft
Q. What if I get into PeopleSoft, and
I can see my check date, but nothing happens when I click on it?
A. You most likely have a pop-up
blocker on your computer, and you will need to disable it in
order for your check to appear, because it appears as a pop-up.
Q. What if I type my password or
username wrong three times and I get locked out?
A. See your IT person the next day to
get unlocked
Q. What if I forget my username or
password?
A. If you forget your username, see
your local HR person – if you forget your password, see your
local IT person.
